We are a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization
The AUPROSPECTORS is a 501(c)3 public charity defined by the IRS, the mission of the AUPROSPECTORS is to create a safe and inviting location for people to enjoy the outdoors, learn the hobby of prospecting, and give back to the community.
Part of all donations will be used to assist the underprivileged, assist in disasters, and contribute to other foundations that will help others. On March 3, 2019, a monster EF-4 tornado tore through Macon and Lee Counties killing 23 in one community outside of Auburn, AL. The Beauregard community was devastated, one of the AUPROSPECTORS main goals is to purchase and provide NOAA Weather Alert Radios for people in poverty, living in vulnerable housing during a severe storm, and working with local Emergency Managers to identify those in need of these life-saving devices.
The AUPROSPECTORS will work with local officials with our disaster relief funds made from donations that are tax-deductible.

AUPROSPECTORS is a non-profit organization that strives for researching ways to clean our waterways of heavy metals while prospecting. Explore our site and see for yourself - we love our work and we’re sure you will, too.
The AUPROSPECTORs's purpose is to provide education and increased public awareness, for both members and any other persons interested, in learning ecologically sound: prospecting for adults, families, and children. This includes education and instruction on locating and identification of minerals and removal of potentially hazardous heavy metals such as lead and mercury while keeping in mind the preservation of the environment as well as wild habitat.
